Q. How much money will I save by joining Prime HS LLC purchasing group?
A. The amount of savings varies by client, depending upon past purchasing practices. Generally, our new clients see a savings of 5% to 15% on their purchases and a substantial time savings.

Q. Will HSG lower my food cost?
A. Yes. The Money that Prime HS LLC saves you on your purchases will also reflect in a lower food cost.

Q. Who does Prime HS LLC work for, the restaurants or the vendors?
A. HSG works for you, the restaurant. Our income comes from the fees we charge you in return for the savings we uncover for you.

Q. What products does Prime HS LLC purchase for me?
A. Prime can purchase everything for you except alcoholic beverages.

Q. Who's responsible when there is a problem with my order?
A. Prime is! Prime works very closely with you to ensure complete and accurate purchasing. However, if a problem or an emergency occurs ( no matter which party is responsible) Prime will follow-through to correct the situation and get you the product you need.

Q. How much does Prime HS LLC charge?
A. We charge a flat monthly fee. The fee varies from client to client and is determined by the size and complexity of your operation.

Q. When will I start saving money?
A. You will see some savings almost immediately. Within three months you will see the full effect. Since we are continually fine-tuning, there will always be new, additional savings to you.

Q. Is there a contract involved?
A. Only if you request one. Generally, we prepare a brief letter stating what services we will provide, the timetable, and the agreed-upon fee.

Q. What happens if I don't like Prime’s services?
A. Quite frankly, this has seldom happened. However, there is nothing in our letters of agreement which binds you. You are free to discontinue our service at any time if you feel Prime is not saving you time and money.

Q. Will I have input into which vendors are chosen to supply my operation?
A. Absolutely. Initially we will use your present vendors exclusively. After a few weeks, when your staff is familiar with working with us and vice versa, we will begin suggesting some additional vendors to you. Only after you have given us the go-ahead will we start using a new vendor. Obviously, the more flexible you are, the greater the potential savings.

Q. Will the quality of my products suffer?
A. No. You have 100% control over your specifications. Prime invests many hours with you developing detailed specifications for each product you use to ensure exact requirements. In addition to your present vendors, we have developed a wide range of sources to get you the quality of goods and services you need.

Q. Does Prime HS LLC buy directly from national manufacturers?
A. Prime contracts pricing with many national and local packers and manufacturers on behalf of our clients. Deviated price agreements allow all of your purchases to be delivered by local full service distributors. You don’t need to wait for rebates; deviations translate to immediate off invoice savings to you.

Q. What other services does Prime HS LLC’s program provide?
A. In addition to purchasing your food and supplies at the lowest possible prices, Prime’s program will provide you with simple-to-use inventory forms, automatically updated inventory and recipe costs, detailed product usage and price history. Our system will provide you with a simple, low cost and comprehensive solution to your purchasing and food cost control needs.
